Attire

Ladies - leotards, tights, ballet shoes, tap shoes, and footless tights for modern dance - jazz shoes are optional. Hair must be worn in a bun (if length permits) or tied back securely out of the face to avoid injury.

Gentlemen - T-shirt and loose comfortable pants or shorts, ballet shoes, tap shoes, and barefoot for modern dance - jazz shoes are optional.

Foot Care Kit

	Small bag or caboodle
	Small scissors
	Second Skin burn pads
	Small zip lock bag
	Waterproof 1st aid tape
	Small tube of Neosporin
	Gel filled toe caps (or tubes that can be cut into several pieces)

All of the 1st aid items can be found by the Band-Aids & the foot care section (usually adjacent) of the grocery store (I know Jewel does), Walgreen's, Target, Wal-Mart etc. Sometimes you really have to look, but the items are there.
